Building strong professional relationships is an important part of your real estate business. From mortgage lenders and title representatives to home inspectors and other industry professionals, having their contact information easily accessible can save you time.

The AGENTVIEW Address Book gives you a convenient place to organize and manage these important connections.

You can add contacts, quickly find the people you need, and keep their information up to date.

Accessing Your Address Book

Open the Address Book in AGENTVIEW to view your saved professional contacts.

Your Address Book displays your contact directory along with tools for adding contacts, searching, and changing how your contacts are displayed.

Adding a New Contact

Need to save a new lender, title representative, or business connection?

  1. From your Address Book, click Add New Contact.

  2. Enter the contact's information in the form provided.

  3. Review the details to make sure everything is correct.

  4. Save your contact.

Your new contact will now be available in your Address Book whenever you need their information.

Example: If you meet a new mortgage lender at a networking event, you can add their information to your Address Book so it's easy to find when a buyer needs financing assistance.

Finding a Contact

As your professional network grows, the search feature makes it easy to find someone without scrolling through your entire directory.

  1. Locate the Search field at the top of your Address Book.

  2. Enter the person's name, phone number, or email address.

  3. Review the matching contacts to find the person you're looking for.

This is especially useful when you need to quickly locate a business contact while speaking with a client.

Changing Your Address Book View

AGENTVIEW offers two ways to display your contacts.

  • Grid View: Displays your contacts in individual cards, making it easy to browse their information.

  • List View: Displays your contacts in a list format for a more organized, compact view.

Use the viewing options near the top of the Address Book to switch between these layouts.

Choose whichever view makes it easier for you to find and manage your professional connections.

Updating Contact Information

Business information can change over time. If someone gets a new phone number, changes companies, or updates their email address, you can update their information.

  1. Find the contact in your Address Book.

  2. Click Edit on their contact entry.

  3. Update the information that needs to be changed.

  4. Save your changes.

Keeping your directory current helps ensure you always have accurate information when reaching out to your professional network.

Making the Most of Your Address Book

Your Address Book can be a valuable resource when working with buyers, sellers, and other real estate professionals.

Here are a few examples of contacts you may want to keep organized:

  • Mortgage Lenders: Financing professionals who can assist your buyers.

  • Title and Escrow Representatives: Contacts who help coordinate real estate transactions.

  • Home Inspectors: Trusted professionals you can contact when inspections are needed.

  • Contractors and Service Providers: Professionals who assist with repairs, maintenance, or property improvements.

  • Referral Partners: Other real estate professionals and business connections who may exchange referrals with you.

Quick Tip: Whenever you establish a new professional relationship, take a moment to add that person's information to your Address Book. Building an organized directory of trusted contacts makes it easier to find the right professional when your clients need assistance.
