AGENTVIEW is a software platform owned and operated by SkyBridge Systems LLC ("Company", "AGENTVIEW", "we", or "us").

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information obtained from users of the AGENTVIEW platform, including real estate professionals (“Clients”), their end-users, and visitors (“Visitors”) who interact with our website or Services.

AGENTVIEW provides tools that enable Clients to manage listings, schedule appointments, track transactions, communicate with contacts, and collaborate with other parties involved in real estate activities.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. If material changes are made, we will notify users by posting the revised policy on our website.

1. Information We Collect

In connection with the provision of the Services, SkyBridge Systems LLC may collect, receive, or otherwise process certain information from users, Clients, and visitors. Such information may include both anonymous technical data and personally identifiable information (“PII”).

Anonymous Information

We may automatically collect technical and usage-related information that does not personally identify an individual, including but not limited to browser type, device type, operating system, access times, system activity, and navigation behavior within the platform. This information is used for system administration, performance monitoring, and enhancement of the Services.

Personally Identifiable Information

We may collect personally identifiable information when users create accounts, interact with the Services, submit inquiries, or utilize platform features. Such information may include, without limitation:

  • Company or brokerage affiliation

Client-Provided Data

Clients may upload, input, or otherwise store personal information relating to their own leads, contacts, customers, vendors, and transaction participants within the AGENTVIEW platform (“Client Data”).

Clients are solely responsible for the personal information they collect and submit to the Services and represent and warrant that they have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and consents required under applicable law.

SkyBridge Systems LLC does not independently verify the legality, accuracy, or origin of Client Data and shall not be responsible for the content, accuracy, or lawfulness of such information.

2. How Information Is Used

SkyBridge Systems LLC may use collected information for legitimate business purposes related to the operation, maintenance, improvement, and security of the Services.

Such uses may include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing and supporting platform functionality
  • Managing user accounts and authentication
  • Processing billing and subscription services
  • Facilitating communications and collaboration between users
  • Responding to inquiries and providing customer support
  • Enhancing system performance and user experience
  • Detecting, preventing, or addressing technical issues

SkyBridge Systems LLC does not sell personal information to third parties. Personal contact information, including phone numbers, mobile numbers, email addresses, and mailing addresses, is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share personal information with trusted service providers that perform operational functions necessary to deliver the Services, such as hosting infrastructure, payment processing, communications delivery (including email and voice services), customer support, analytics, and telecommunications infrastructure. These service providers are authorized to use personal information solely to perform services on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing purposes.

Mobile Messaging Privacy

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Privacy Policy, mobile phone numbers and related text messaging consent information are treated with heightened confidentiality.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and such information will not be sold to any third parties.

All other categories of personal information expressly exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messaging originator opt-in data, SMS consent records, and mobile messaging interaction history are collected and used solely for the purpose of delivering messaging services requested by the user and may be processed only by telecommunications providers acting as service providers on our behalf.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose personal information when required to do so by law or when we believe such disclosure is necessary to:

  • Prevent fraud or abuse
  • Protect legal rights
  • Ensure the safety of users or the public

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, personal information may be included as part of the transferred assets.
