How to Find and Understand Your Highest-Intent Leads Using AGENTVIEW AI

Training Resource • AGENTVIEW Support

Learn how to use AGENTVIEW AI and Touchbase Intelligence to identify your highest-intent leads, understand Intent Scores and engagement trends, review supporting activity, and determine appropriate follow-up opportunities.

Understanding which contacts are showing the strongest interest can help you focus your time on meaningful opportunities.

With AGENTVIEW AI and Touchbase Intelligence, you can identify high-intent leads, review their engagement activity, and better understand what their behavior may indicate.

Rather than reviewing each contact individually, you can ask your connected AI assistant to retrieve lead intelligence directly from your AGENTVIEW account.

This guide explains how to find your highest-intent leads, interpret their Intent Scores, understand engagement trends, and use that information to plan appropriate follow-ups.

Step 1: Open Your Connected AI Assistant

Before getting started, make sure AGENTVIEW AI is connected to your preferred AI assistant.

  1. Open ChatGPT, Claude, or Grok.

  2. Sign in to your account.

  3. Start a new conversation.

  4. Make sure your AGENTVIEW AI connection is available and enabled.

If you have not yet connected AGENTVIEW AI, refer to How to Get Started with AGENTVIEW AI in the Support Center.

Step 2: Ask AGENTVIEW AI to Find Your Highest-Intent Leads

Once your AI assistant is ready, enter the following question:

"Who are my highest-intent leads right now, and what activity makes them high intent?"

AGENTVIEW AI can retrieve lead intelligence from your account and identify contacts demonstrating stronger engagement signals.

Depending on your available data, the response may include:

  • Contact names.

  • Current Intent Scores.

  • Engagement classifications.

  • Recent activity or behavioral signals.

  • Engagement trends.

  • Explanations of why individual contacts stand out.

Request a Specific Number of Leads

You can narrow the results by asking:

"Show me my top five highest-intent leads, ranked by their current Touchbase Intelligence Intent Scores."

Or:

"Show me all my high-intent leads with Intent Scores of 7 or higher."

These questions help you focus on contacts demonstrating stronger interest without reviewing your entire contact database.

Tip: If you want the most current assessment, specifically request the current Touchbase Intelligence Intent Scores rather than relying on an older contact summary.

Step 3: Understand the Intent Score

Touchbase Intelligence evaluates supported engagement information to help determine how much interest a contact is demonstrating.

Each evaluated contact can receive an Intent Score from 1 to 10.

Higher scores generally indicate stronger observed engagement signals.

How to Interpret Intent Scores

Intent ScoreGeneral Interpretation
1–3Lower observed intent; limited or weaker engagement signals.
4–6Developing or moderate intent; activity deserves additional context.
7–10High-intent range; stronger engagement signals may indicate a meaningful opportunity.

These are general score ranges. Touchbase Intelligence also provides more specific engagement classifications based on its assessment of the contact.

Important: An Intent Score is not a prediction or guarantee that a person will buy or sell a property.

Instead, it helps you understand the interest demonstrated through available activity.

A contact with a higher Intent Score may be worth investigating, but your knowledge of the relationship and the person's circumstances remain important.

Ask for an Explanation

If you want to understand a particular score, ask:

"Why does this contact have their current Intent Score? Explain the activity and signals supporting it."

AGENTVIEW AI can help you review the information behind the assessment rather than relying on the number alone.

Step 4: Review the Engagement Signals Behind the Score

An Intent Score becomes more useful when you understand which activities contributed to it.

Touchbase Intelligence examines supported activity and engagement information from your AGENTVIEW ecosystem.

Depending on what is available for a contact, relevant signals may include:

  • Email campaign engagement.

  • Website and IDX activity.

  • Saved-property interactions.

  • Landing page activity.

  • Open house registrations.

  • Recent contact and follow-up history.

  • Other supported engagement information.

Not every contact will have activity in every area.

For example, one contact may demonstrate interest through repeated website activity, while another may have engaged with an email campaign or submitted information through a landing page.

Investigate a Specific Contact

After identifying a high-intent lead, try asking:

"What recent activity contributed to this contact's high Intent Score?"

You can also ask:

"Show me this contact's most recent meaningful engagement signals and explain what they indicate."

The response can help you understand what Touchbase Intelligence has observed.

Tip: Look for patterns across multiple activities rather than making assumptions based on one interaction.

Step 5: Understand Engagement Trends

A contact's current Intent Score is useful, but changes in activity may provide additional context.

Touchbase Intelligence can also identify engagement movement.

Depending on the available information, you may encounter classifications such as:

Rising

The contact is demonstrating increased engagement compared with earlier activity.

Re-engaged

The contact has shown renewed activity after a quieter period.

Cooling

The contact's engagement has weakened or become less active.

Steady

The available signals suggest relatively consistent activity.

Early Activity

The contact is beginning to demonstrate engagement, but there may not yet be enough history to establish a longer-term pattern.

Ask About Engagement Changes

Try asking:

"Which of my leads are showing rising intent or renewed engagement?"

Or:

"Which high-intent leads have recently become more active?"

These questions can help you identify changes that might otherwise be overlooked.

Why Trends Matter

Consider two contacts who currently have the same Intent Score.

One may have demonstrated consistently strong engagement over time.

The other may have recently become much more active after several weeks of limited activity.

Although their current scores may be similar, their recent activity patterns can provide different insights.

Reviewing both the score and the trend gives you a better understanding of each contact's situation.

Step 6: Investigate Individual High-Intent Leads

Once AGENTVIEW AI identifies contacts demonstrating stronger interest, you can ask additional questions to understand each relationship.

For example:

"Tell me more about this contact's recent activity, engagement trend, and recommended next step."

You can also ask:

  • "When was this contact's most recent meaningful activity?"

  • "Has this contact's intent increased recently?"

  • "What specific engagement signals should I review?"

  • "When was the last recorded personal follow-up?"

  • "Does this contact have an outstanding follow-up?"

  • "What action should I consider taking next?"

Your AI assistant can retrieve supported contact information and explain the available insights.

If you are reviewing several contacts, you can also request a comparison:

"Compare my top three highest-intent leads. Explain their Intent Scores, recent engagement, and any follow-up opportunities."

This is especially useful when planning outreach for the day.

Step 7: Understand the Difference Between High Intent and Follow-Up Priority

One important distinction is that high intent does not always mean immediate follow-up is required.

Touchbase Intelligence considers lead interest and follow-up urgency as separate concepts.

Lead Intent helps you understand how strongly a contact is demonstrating interest.

Follow-Up Priority helps you identify contacts or activities that may need attention based on their current circumstances.

For example:

A contact might have an Intent Score of 8, but you may have already spoken with them and scheduled your next appointment.

Another contact might have an Intent Score of 4 but have an overdue follow-up or be waiting for an initial personal response.

The second contact may require more immediate attention even though their Intent Score is lower.

Ask AGENTVIEW AI to Compare Both

Enter:

"Which of my high-intent leads also need follow-up attention right now?"

Or:

"Show me my highest-intent leads and explain whether each one needs immediate follow-up."

This helps you consider both the strength of engagement and your existing follow-up responsibilities.

Step 8: Review Your Findings Inside AGENTVIEW

After identifying a high-intent contact, you can review the information directly in your AGENTVIEW account.

  1. Sign in to AGENTVIEW.

  2. Open Contacts.

  3. Locate the contact you want to review.

  4. Open their Contact Profile.

  5. Find the Touchbase Intelligence section.

  6. Review the Intent Score, engagement information, and available recommendations.

  7. Review the contact's activity history and any scheduled follow-ups.

The Contact Profile provides additional context that can help you determine an appropriate next step.

You can also use the Lead Intent view within Contacts to explore contacts organized by their Intent Scores.

Step 9: Use High-Intent Insights to Plan Your Follow-Ups

After reviewing your highest-intent leads, ask AGENTVIEW AI to help you organize your next steps.

Try asking:

"Based on my highest-intent leads and their recent activity, which contacts should I consider reaching out to today?"

For a more focused action plan, ask:

"Review my five highest-intent leads and suggest an appropriate next step for each one."

Your AI assistant can help you organize relevant information and suggest actions based on available intelligence.

Examples of possible next steps include:

  • Reviewing recent property interest.

  • Following up on a recent inquiry.

  • Checking whether a contact needs additional information.

  • Scheduling an appropriate future conversation.

  • Continuing to monitor engagement when immediate outreach is unnecessary.

Always review recommendations in the context of the contact's relationship, preferences, and communication history.

Important: AGENTVIEW AI currently provides read-only access to supported AGENTVIEW information. It can retrieve insights and help you plan actions, but it cannot directly update contact records, create tasks, or send follow-up messages.

Complete those activities inside AGENTVIEW.

Step 10: Make High-Intent Reviews Part of Your Routine

You can use AGENTVIEW AI to review your high-intent leads regularly.

For example, at the beginning of your workday, ask:

"Show me my highest-intent leads right now. Which ones have shown recent engagement changes?"

After reviewing your results, you can investigate individual contacts and decide whether additional outreach is appropriate.

You can also check for changes by asking:

"Have any contacts shown rising intent or renewed engagement that I should review?"

This can help you recognize emerging opportunities as new activity becomes available.

Additional Questions You Can Ask

Here are several questions you can copy into your connected AI assistant.

Find your strongest leads

"Show me my ten highest-intent leads and explain what makes each one stand out."

Understand a specific score

"What is this contact's current Touchbase Intelligence Intent Score, and why?"

Find rising engagement

"Which contacts have shown an increase in engagement recently?"

Discover re-engaged contacts

"Which previously inactive leads are showing renewed interest?"

Compare opportunities

"Compare my five highest-intent leads based on their scores, trends, and recent activity."

Identify follow-up opportunities

"Which high-intent contacts also have outstanding follow-ups?"

Review activity trends

"Which of my high-intent contacts are cooling, and what does their recent activity show?"

Plan your day

"Review my highest-intent leads and suggest the three most useful follow-up opportunities for today."

Troubleshooting

A Contact's Intent Score Is Lower Than Expected

Intent Scores reflect the supported engagement information available to Touchbase Intelligence.

A lower score does not necessarily mean a contact is uninterested in buying or selling.

Ask:

"Explain the current signals and activity supporting this contact's Intent Score."

You can also review the Contact Profile to verify the available information.

I Don't See Any High-Intent Leads

Your account may not currently contain contacts with Intent Scores in the high-intent range.

Try asking:

"Show me my highest-scoring leads, even if none currently qualify as high intent."

This can help you review developing opportunities without requiring a minimum score.

My AI Assistant Shows an Unexpected Intent Score

Ask your assistant:

"Retrieve this contact's current live Touchbase Intelligence Intent Score, not an older cached score."

Then compare the result with the Touchbase Intelligence information in the contact's AGENTVIEW profile.

If the discrepancy continues, contact AGENTVIEW Support.

A High-Intent Contact Is Not Listed as a Follow-Up Priority

Intent and follow-up urgency are evaluated separately.

A contact may demonstrate strong engagement without having an outstanding follow-up requirement.

Ask:

"Explain why this high-intent contact is or is not currently a follow-up priority."

I Cannot Retrieve Contact Intelligence

Make sure your AGENTVIEW AI connection is enabled and authorized.

If necessary, return to Account Profile → AGENTVIEW AI and review your connection settings.

Summary

AGENTVIEW AI makes it easier to identify contacts demonstrating stronger interest and understand the activity behind their Intent Scores.

By reviewing current Intent Scores, engagement trends, and supporting signals, you can make more informed decisions about which opportunities deserve further attention.

Remember that high intent and follow-up priority are not the same thing. Use both insights, along with your knowledge of each client relationship, to determine your next steps.

To begin your next high-intent lead review, ask:

"Who are my highest-intent leads right now, and what activity makes them stand out?"
