Commission Tracker Overview

AGENTVIEW CRM

Overview

The Commission Tracker in AGENTVIEW is a centralized tool designed to help real estate professionals track, manage, and analyze their earnings across all transactions. It provides a clear and organized view of your commissions, allowing you to monitor deal progress, calculate net earnings, and maintain accurate financial records.

Unlike basic commission logs, AGENTVIEW’s Commission Tracker goes beyond simple calculations by incorporating real-world adjustments such as fees, credits, and other transaction-related costs. This ensures that every commission reflects your true net income.

Key Features

The Commission Tracker includes the following core capabilities:

  • Track commission earnings across all transactions
  • View real-time commission totals and monthly performance
  • Add and manage commission records
  • Apply adjustments to calculate true net commission
  • Search, filter, and organize commission data
  • Export and share commission reports

Adding a Commission

To create a new commission record, click the “Add Commission” button. This opens a form where you can enter transaction details and calculate your commission.

You can choose between:

  • Commission-Based Calculation – Enter sale price, commission percentage, and your split percentage
  • Flat Amount Calculation – Enter a fixed commission amount

Once entered, AGENTVIEW calculates your base commission automatically. You can then apply adjustments (such as fees or credits) to determine your final net commission.

Understanding Commission Data

Each commission record includes important transaction details such as:

  • Transaction Name
  • Type (Purchase, Listing, Lease, etc.)
  • Status (Active, Pending, Sold/Leased, etc.)
  • Sale Price
  • Commission Values
  • Net Commission (after adjustments)

Clicking on any commission opens the Commission Details page, where you can view and edit all information, including adjustments.

Monthly Commissions Overview

The Commission Tracker provides a monthly summary of your performance, allowing you to quickly understand your earnings over time.

This overview includes:

  • Total Transactions – Number of deals recorded
  • Total Sales Volume – Combined value of all transactions
  • Total Commissions – Your earnings for the selected period

This section helps you identify trends, track productivity, and evaluate your business performance month-to-month.

Using Adjustments

AGENTVIEW allows you to apply adjustments to each commission to reflect real-world transaction costs.

Adjustments can include:

  • Transaction Coordinator (TC) Fees
  • Broker Fees
  • Referral Fees
  • Client Credits
  • Bonuses or Reimbursements

Each adjustment can be added as either:

  • Subtract (reduces commission)
  • Add (increases commission)

These adjustments are automatically applied to calculate your Net Commission, giving you an accurate view of your true earnings.

Commissions Toolbar

The Commission Tracker includes a powerful toolbar that helps you manage and interact with your data.

Search

Quickly locate transactions by searching:

  • Transaction Name
  • Type
  • Sale Price
  • Commission values

Managing Commission Records

Each commission entry in the tracker can be updated at any time. By selecting a record, you can:

  • Edit transaction details
  • Update commission values
  • Add or modify adjustments
  • Change the transaction status

This ensures your data stays accurate throughout the lifecycle of a deal.

To get the most out of the Commission Tracker:

  • Enter commissions as soon as transactions are created
