Create professional landing pages to promote your listings, open houses, and real estate guides. Learn how to add property details, upload photos, customize your content, and build pages designed to capture new leads for your business.

Want to promote a new listing, advertise an upcoming open house, or offer helpful resources to potential buyers and sellers?

With AGENTVIEW Landing Pages, you can create professional webpages that showcase your properties and help turn interested visitors into new leads.

Once created, your landing pages can be shared through social media, email campaigns, or text messages to help you reach more potential clients.

Let's walk through creating your first landing page.

Step 1: Open the Landing Page Builder

  1. From the left navigation menu, click Landing Pages.

  2. Click Create New Landing Page.

  3. Choose the type of landing page you'd like to create.

AGENTVIEW offers several landing page options:

  • Featured Listing: Showcase a property with photos, details, and a description.

  • New Listing: Promote a property that has recently entered the market.

  • Open House: Generate interest in an upcoming open house event.

  • Seller Guide Download: Offer helpful information to homeowners considering selling.

  • Buyer Guide Download: Share educational resources with prospective homebuyers.

Select the option that best matches your marketing goal.

The available builder sections may vary depending on the type of landing page you select. The following steps cover the property-focused landing page options.

Step 2: Select Your Contact Number

At the top of the Landing Page Builder, you'll find a dropdown menu for selecting your contact number.

Choose the appropriate number from the available options.

This is an important setting for associating the correct contact information with your landing page.

Quick Tip: Before continuing, double-check that you've selected the correct number so potential clients can reach you using the appropriate contact information.

Step 3: Enter Your Property Details

Next, scroll to the Property Details section.

AGENTVIEW gives you two ways to enter the property address.

Option 1: Use an Existing Transaction

If the property is already saved as a transaction in AGENTVIEW:

  1. Select Yes when asked whether you'd like to use an existing transaction.

  2. Choose the property from the available dropdown list.

  3. AGENTVIEW will use the selected transaction's property information.

Option 2: Enter the Address Manually

If the property isn't saved as a transaction:

  1. Select No.

  2. Enter the property's address and the requested details manually.

This option is useful when promoting a property that isn't already associated with one of your AGENTVIEW transactions.

Step 4: Upload Your Property Photos

Great photos are one of the most important parts of a successful property landing page.

In the Upload Featured Listing Images section, you can add photos that highlight the property's best features.

To upload your images:

  1. Drag and drop your photos into the upload area, or click to browse your computer.

  2. Select the images you'd like to include.

  3. Once uploaded, drag your images to arrange them in your preferred order.

  4. To remove an image, click the red X next to it.

Image Requirements

  • You can upload up to 13 property images.

  • At least one image is required.

  • Accepted formats are JPG and PNG.

  • WebP images are not supported.

  • Aim to keep individual images under 2MB for easier uploading.

  • For best results, use photos that are at least 1200 pixels wide.

Quick Tip: Start with your strongest property photo, such as an attractive exterior shot or a beautifully staged living room. Your first few images should encourage visitors to explore the rest of the listing.

Step 5: Add Your Listing Information

Once you've uploaded your photos, scroll to the Featured Listing Information section.

Here, you can enter important property details, including:

  • Listing price

  • Number of bedrooms

  • Number of bathrooms

  • Interior square footage

  • Lot size

Make sure the information matches the property you're promoting.

Next, you'll find the Featured Listing Content editor, where you can write a more detailed property description.

You have several options:

  • Write Your Own Description: Highlight the property's features, upgrades, and unique selling points.

  • Use Your MLS Description: Paste your existing listing description into the editor.

  • Use Prewritten Content: Click Scripts in the toolbar to access available templates.

  • Add Additional Content: Use the editor's tools to insert links, images, or supported embedded videos from Facebook or Vimeo.

Example: Instead of simply listing "4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2,200 square feet," describe what makes the property special.

You might highlight its spacious layout, updated kitchen, outdoor entertaining area, or convenient location.

The goal is to help potential buyers picture themselves living in the home.

Step 6: Choose Your Primary Image

The Primary Image is different from the property photos you uploaded earlier.

This image serves as the main cover photo associated with your landing page and is used when your page is shared through supported social media, email, and text previews.

To add it:

  1. Find the Upload Primary Image section.

  2. Click to select an image from your computer.

  3. Choose a high-quality photo that represents the property.

Important: A Primary Image is required to build your landing page.

For the best results, choose a clear, attractive photo that will catch someone's attention when your page is shared.

Step 7: Customize Your Banner

Want to give your landing page a more personalized appearance?

In the Banner Background section, AGENTVIEW provides several background options for your page header.

Browse the available designs and select the one that best complements your property or professional branding.

A consistent, clean design helps your landing page look professional and inviting.

Step 8: Build Your Landing Page

Once you've entered all your information, you're ready to create your page!

  1. Review your property details and listing description.

  2. Make sure your photos are uploaded and arranged correctly.

  3. Confirm your Primary Image and Banner Background.

  4. Scroll to the top of the builder.

  5. Click Build Landing Page.

AGENTVIEW will create your landing page and return you to the Landing Pages Manager, where your new page will appear.

Your landing page is now ready to review and share.

Sharing Your Landing Page

After creating your page, you can promote it through your marketing channels.

For example, you might:

  • Share it on Facebook or other supported social media platforms.

  • Send the link to interested buyers through text messages.

  • Include it in your AGENTVIEW email campaigns.

  • Promote it when advertising an upcoming open house.

When visitors submit their information through your landing page, AGENTVIEW can capture their details as new leads in your CRM.

Tips for Creating Better Landing Pages

  • Use Professional Photos: Clear, attractive images help make a strong first impression.

  • Highlight What Makes the Property Special: Focus on features that potential buyers will appreciate.

  • Keep Your Information Accurate: Double-check prices, property details, and descriptions.

  • Review Your Page Before Sharing: Open the finished landing page and confirm everything looks correct.

  • Make Follow-Up a Priority: Review your newly captured leads and reach out while their interest is fresh.

Quick Tip: Before sharing your landing page on social media, test the link yourself. Make sure the correct property image appears, the information is accurate, and the registration form works as expected.

A well-prepared landing page can help you turn online interest into meaningful conversations with potential buyers and sellers.
